We are currently contracted to carry out the electrical installation of 170 new homes on behalf of Story Homes at there Heaton Green, Dowbridge Development.

The specification on this premium development includes media plates and CAT 6 cables.
We have worked with Story Homes to offer a range of Customer Extras which we ensure are fitted in accordance with the build stage.

The latest development is a range of 46 semi detached and detached new homes.

The spec includes high quality fittings such as chrome switches and sockets,
along with energy efficient downlights fitted to the kitchen and bathrooms.

We are always on hand to assist the Customer Care department in rectifying any client defects which may arise once the customer has moved in to their new home.

We have worked with Gleeson homes for over 15 years on numerous developments around the North West.
With a basic specification there is the option for the customer to purchase additional extras once reserved and prior to first fix.
The Development at Hapton in Burnley is now in its second year and consists over 300 homes.

We were awarded the electrical installation contract at Farington Green Leyland Development back in January 2019.
Consisting of 160 3 & 4 bedroom homes
the electrical installation includes a security alarm system and data cabling to the lounge and master bedroom.
McDermott Homes also offer a range of additional customer extras such as additional sockets & downlights which can be ordered prior to first fix.
